Autograph letter, signed, from Peter Le Dru, French Jesuit missionary and ad interim curate of St. Louis, to an unidentified recipient, possibly the Baron de Carondelet, governor-general of the Louisiana Territory. Le Dru discusses business and trade in the Missouri and Illinois regions, as well as regional relations with Osage Indians.
