Published by the National W.C.T.U Publishing House in Evanston, Ill. until 1903, and the National Woman's Christian Temperance Union, Department of Scientific Temperance Instruction in Schools and Colleges thereafter. Authors include Cora Frances Stoddard (a director of the National W.C.T.U), Margaret M. Fogarty, Mrs. Ella M. Barkley, George Lyall Parker, Virginia S. Milbourne, Robert D. Carnes, Arthur Lee, and others and some anonymous informational sheets.
