With a faint inscription to the first page that reads "R. Hind" and another at the end of the volume reads "John Hind Liverpool", both in slightly later hands. A further inscription at the front reads "1812 this manuscript is 67 years old".
Five-page section at the end, labelled "Scheme of the Tour", that documents mileage, number of days stayed, and index.
Bound in contemporary gilt tooled red morocco.
