Summary
30 autograph letters, signed, written by Siegfried Sassoon to Arnold Bennett. Letters discuss the work of other English writers and Sassoon's time as a soldier in France during the First World War. Sassoon writes about his publications, including Counter-Attack, The Old Huntsman, and A Soldier's Declaration. One letter mentions the romantic relationship Sassoon had with Stephen Tennant. Also includes 12 autograph postcards, signed, and 13 carbon copies of letters written by Sassoon to Bennett.
