البداية: "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. يقول راجي رحمة الغفور // محمد المشهور بالجمزوري. الحمد لله الذي هدانا // وزادنا من فضله امتنانا. ثم الصلاة والسلام سرمدا // على النبيّ الهاشميّ أحمدا ..."

On folio 1a: "Hādhihi Shurūṭ al-imāmah lil-Shaykh al-Janzūrī, ʻalá al-tamām."
على وجه الورقة 1: "هذه شروط الإمامة للشيخ الجنزوري، على التمام."
The present poem has a commentary, under the title "al-Durr al-jusām fī sharḥ shurūṭ al-maʼmūm wa-al-imām", by Muḥammad ibn Ḥasan al-Munayyir al-Samannūdī, 1687 or 1688-1784 or 1785 (See: Hartford Seminary Arabic MSS 902).
The poem of al-Janzūrī ends with: "... Wa-imnaʻ ṣalāta al-ẓuhri min kulli aḥad // in Jumʻatan kānat furādá fī al-balad. Wa-kull hādhā qad afāda al-Ramlī // ʻalá ahlihi futyā wa-hādhā maḥallī."
تنتهي قصيدة الجنزوري بـِ: "... وامنع صلاة الظهر من كلِّ أحد // إن جمعةً كانت فرادى في البلد. وكل هذا قد أفاد الرملي // على أهله فتيا وهذا محلي."
Colophon: "Tammat bi-ʻawn Allāh al-Ḥamīd. Wa-ṣallá Allāh ʻalá Sayyidinā Muḥammad wa-ʻalá ālihi wa-ṣaḥbihi wa-sallam. Tamm."
الخاتمة: "تمت بعون الله الحميد. وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه وسلم. تم."
Translation of the colophon: "It was completed by the help of the Praiseworthy God. May God pray on Our Master Muḥammad, on his family, and his companions, and grant them peace. It is completed."
