In good medium naskh script, in black ink, on laid thin cream color paper; some of the leaves seem to be repaired; text fully vocalized and illuminated, titles of the sūrahs in purple; the verses end with circles in gold; catchwords.
The word "waqf" (endowment) is written on the margin of some leaves.
Colophon: The colophon (written within a decorative design in gold) is erased. Under the colphon are two illegible oval stamps.
