Biographical / Historical Note
Arthur Waley (1889-1966) was an English sinologist and translator.
Han Gaozu (247-195 B.C.), born Liu Bang, was Emperor of China from 202-195 B.C. and the founder of the Han Dynasty. He composed Ta Feng Ko (in English: Song of the Great Wind) in 195 B.C.
