Sunnah muʼakkadah, li-qawlihi, ṣallá Allāh ʻalayhi wa-sallam: Yā maʻshara al-shabāb man istaṭāʻ minkum al-bāʼah fa-li-yatazawwaj, wa-man lam yastaṭiʻ fa-ʻalayhi bi-al-ṣawm, fa-innahu wijāʼun la-hu. Wa-sunna li-walī al-bikr an yuzawwijahā ʻājilan ..."

البداية: "بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم. كتاب النكاح. سنّة مؤكدة، لقوله، صلى الله عليه وسلم: يا معشر الشباب من استطاع منكم الباءة فليتزوج، ومن لم يستطع فعليه بالصوم، فإنّه وجاءٌ له. وسنّ لولي البكر أن يزوّجها عاجلًا ..."
