Incipit: The beginning is missing. Text starts as follows: "... // najā ʻāliyan yassir umūrī bi-ṣalṣalat. Wa-kun ḥārisī Yā Dhā al-Jalāl bi-Kāf Kun // bi-naṣṣi ḥakīmin qāṭiʻ al-sirr asbalat. Wa-khalliṣ lanā min kull hawlin wa-shiddah // fa-Anta rajā qalbī al-kasīr min al-ʻanat. Wa-ṣubba ʻalayya al-rizq ṣabbata raḥmatin // fa-Anta rajāʼu al-ʻālamīna wa-law ṭaghat ..."

In large clear naskh script, in black ink, on thick white paper; text fully vocalized; some leaves seem to be missing; catchwords.
On folio 3a: A magic square with signs, symbols, and letters.
On folio 3b-4a" A "Fāʼidah" (Advice), in a different hand, for returning a wife after divorce.
Folio 4b is blank.
Colophon: No colophon. Text ends abruptly, as follows: "... Naruddu bika al-aʻdāʼa min kulli wijhatin // wa-bil-ismi tarmīhim mina al-buʻdi bil-shatat. Fa-Anta rajāʼī Yā Ilāhī wa-Sayyidī // fa-farriq lamīm al-jayshi idh rāma bī ʻanat. Fa-yā khayra masʼūlin wa-akrama man hadá // wa-yā khayra maʼmūlin ilá ..."
