Cornelius Eady (1954- ), American poet. In 1996 he co-founded Cave Canem, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the cultivation of African American poets.

Printout of lyrics for ten songs, some of which have been recorded by Eady's Rough Magic band. In addition to credits for words and music, each song includes a list of musical contributors at the bottom of the page. Eady authored the words and music for nine of the songs; he also authored the music for Limo, which was written by Robin Messing. Accompanied by an autograph letter, signed, from Eady to Richard Deming, written on the letterhead of the University of Missouri's Department of English, dated 2014 October 14. The letter briefly acknowledges meeting Deming the previous week and references an EP and tracks for an upcoming CD and chapbook by Eady and Royal Magic, none of which are included here.
