Inscription in front of MS "For Jentzelius read Andrey Tentzilius, his work quoted is inscribed Medicina Diastica...Jehna, 1629 in 2. He was Dr. of Physick at Swartzburg."

Second MS in another hand is written on back of blank leaves of the first consisting of accounts and diary dated Feb. 1727-June 1728.
