Records the sentencing to bond slavery of three Native Americans, Ralph Sands, John Sopitt, and Robin Sopitt, for terms of two years each. They were charged with taking a chest of goods belonging to Nathaniel Orvis, who was drowned on Sandwich Beach. They appeared before justices Barnabas Lothrop, John Thacher, and John Gorham, of the County of Barnstable, were convicted and fined, and being unable to pay their fines, were ordered to serve terms to the individuals who paid down the amounts owed. Joseph Hausedy (or Halsey?) paid the fine for Robin Sopitt. Joseph Bartlett paid the find for John Sopitt. Edmond Freeman and Ebenezer Ebinge jointly paid the fine for Ralph Sands.
