Holograph manuscript autobiography [ca. 1887] with typed transcript and two pages of holograph manuscript additions; holograph manuscript essay entitled, "Divorce"; typescript copy of "The Christian Names of Our Ancestors," a paper written by Samuel Huntington and read at the meeting of the Huntington Family Association, 1922 Sep 1, by his son.

Accompanied by a letter written to Huntington by his brother Robert Huntington, dated 1887 Apr 1, regarding the autobiography.

Access Information

The Beinecke Library is open to all Yale University students and faculty, and visiting researchers whose work requires use of its special collections. You will need to bring appropriate photo ID the first time you register. Beinecke is a non-circulating, closed stack library. Paging is done by library staff during business hours.
