Access to the papers is restricted until January 1, 2034, or one year after the date of Richard C. Levin's death, whichever comes first, except to the extent that Yale Corporation Miscellaneous Bylaws Section 4 otherwise imposes access restrictions. Tenure evaluations of faculty at any institution and letters of recommendation for students and other persons are restricted for a period of 75 years from the date of the writing or 5 years after the death of the individual, whichever comes first.
