Two sets of buttons, four to each set, aligned vertically on strands of yellow paper resembling flypaper. Each metallic button (25 mm in diameter) depicts a species of fly against a yellow background. The buttons and flypaper are enclosed in cellophane, with the title of the work printed on yellow card at top; sealed with a staple.
