Summary
A view of the avenue in front of Strawberry Hill, looking through the arch of trees overhead, towards the Thames. A gentleman assists a lady as she steps over the stile into the road. On the left two workmen walk away, one with a scythe over his shoulder, the other with a walking stick and bedroll (?) over his shoulder.
