Mr. Borland made the following report: The Committee on Printing report that, on the 15th April, the following resolution was referred to them: "Resolved, that the Committee on Printing be instructed to inquire and report to the Senate, whether the payment of twelve thousand five hundred dollars for printing ten thousand copies of the opinions of the Supreme Court in the cases 'Smith vs. Turner,' and 'Norris vs. the City of Boston,'..."
