Summary
Ink drawing created circa 1963 of the Beinecke Rare Book and Manuscript Library with small relief halftone photographs pasted into rectangles of the building's façade, resembling tiers of television screens. The halftones, clipped from magazines, depict celebrities including Clark Gable, Bela Lugosi, and Elizabeth Taylor, as well as persons and details from advertisements. The collage likely served as an illustration for a magazine article about the Library. The drawing also includes a partial depiction of the Yale Law School. The verso includes a drawing of an unidentified interior with columns and a vaulted ceiling.
