Summary
The subject of the book is the application of pulsed Doppler in antenatal care. After the discussion of methodological aspects there is a large numberof normal values of Doppler parameters of uteroplacental vessels, the fetal aorta, the umbilical artery and the common carotid artery. The clinical significance of these measurements is discussed relating to a risk group and compared to established methods of antena- tal care.
