This famous lawsuit was brought by the Crown against Jacques Isorni on the complaint of the Minister of Finance, Mr. Valéry Giscard d'Estaing. Almost all of the debates that took place on 6 and 7 March 1964 before the correctional Tribunal of the Seine are included, as well as what was subsequently stated before the Cour d'Appel, much of which had not been said earlier before the Tribunal.
