From the prospectus for the London edition: "printed in London, 1783, in 12 vols. demi-guinea for the set, One shilling per volume."
First issue (Jan. 1782) includes prospectus; last issue (Dec. 1783) includes list of subscribers.
Numbering skips from no. 1 (janvier, 1782) to no. 4 (avril, 1782); nos. 2 and 3 are included as 15 mai 1783, and 1er juin 1783.
