"First edition limited to 1050 copies, of which 10 on Vergé de Vidalon colored and signed by the author, 40 on Rives, hand colored and 1000 on Alfa"--Title page verso.
After the author had a dispute with the bookseller Edward Titus, Robert McAlmon paid for the printing for Barnes who herself distributed the copies. Consult Ford, Hugh. Published in Paris, pages 131-132.
Some copies with Titus's name blacked-out on title page.
