This edition exists in at least two states: one state has p. 13 misnumbered 17; another has p. 13 numbered correctly. Some copies have a final errata leaf. One of the Yale copies has following the title leaf a dedication leaf ([2] p.) with caption: "Illustrissimo potentissimoque Principi, Iacobo Dei Gratia Magnae Britanniae Franciae et Hiberniae Regi, Fidei vere Catholicae propugnatori inuictissimo."
