Cover title.
A book containing cabinet card portraits of six American poets with their facsimile autographs printed below.
One portrait is on front pastedown, a second on rear pastedown. Two additional pages, each formed of two portraits glued together dos-a-dos, are connected by ribbons to the bottom of the pastedowns so that they can be folded down to view the verso portraits and up to view the recto portraits.
All edges of the cards are scalloped. The cover is made of cardboard covered with tan-colored felt cloth, whose overhanging edges are also scalloped. The title is lettered in black on a celluloid band across the middle of the cover; the band has a sawtooth border. A light brown ribbon forms a bow at the middle of the spine.
