Volumes 2-8 have imprint "Printed for Jacob Tonson" and volume 9: "Printed by J. Darby, for E. Curll, K. Sanger, and J. Pemberton: sold by J. Tonson [and 6 others in London]."
Each play has a separately dated title page, but pagination and register are continuous in each volume.
The supplementary essays are by Charles Gildon.
