Summary
Autograph manuscript letters, signed, mostly by missionaries serving in India in territories controlled by the East India Company. There are several letters from Henry Watson to his father, 1768-1772, as well as a letter from Archibald Campbell to Henry Watson, 1769, and a copy of Watson's 1772 will. There are also several letters from a committee of missionaries addressed to "Reverend Gentlemen," 1748-1754, and a letter in the "Malabar" (Malayalam) language, docketed 1809.
