Typescript copy created by an unidentified transcriber, circa 1883, of United States Senate Bill No. 7, 1883 extra session, and a lease for 6,000,000 acres in the Cherokee Strip owned by the Cherokee Strip Live Stock Association. The bill and lease provide for the grazing of cattle on the Cherokee Strip by Cherokee Indians of the Cherokee Nation, Oklahoma, led by Principal Chief Dennis Wolfe Bushyhead.
