Recorded in Vienna : in the Grosser Musikvereinssaal on Oct.-Nov. 1947 (Strauss) & Oct.-Nov. 1949 (Brahms), in the Brahms-Saal in Dec. 1947 (Mozart). This was the first recording made of the recently-composed Metamorphosen.
