Summary
O Bandido da Luz Vermelha: The Red Light Bandit, a notorious criminal in São Paulo who uses a red flashlight while robbing, raping and killing, is pursued by the police in an increasingly apocalyptic setting involving political corruption, terrorism, and ultimately UFOs.
