Socialism on film is a collection of films produced primarily in the communist world and re-editied for British and Western audiences. The works by Soviet, East & West European, African, Asian, and Latin American filmmakers created from the early 20th century to the 1980s, depicting themes of war, history, current affairs, revolution, news, current affairs, culture and society from a socialist perspective.
