Summary
A feature film about the revolutionary Nikolai Bauman who was killed after the 1905 Revolution. The story follows the police pursuing Bauman as he returns to Moscow to foment revolution in 1904. The film depicts government plans to subdue the workers, and addresses the tensions between the Bolsheviks and Mensheviks. It also dwells upon the relationship between Bauman and the millionaire Savva Morozov, who is sympathetic to the revolutionary cause. Film shows stills of the 1905 Revolution.
