The memorial and representation of Dr. John Morgan, respecting his care of the sick, and manner of conducting the Department of the General Hospital committed to his care."--Page 1-24, 2nd count, with caption title. Followed by an Appendix, p. 25-158. The memorial is dated Fish-Kills, February 1st. 1777; a copy held by the Library Company of Philadelphia was mistakenly recorded as having been printed by Samuel Louden at Fishkill (Sabin 50562, Evans 15446, Austin 1337).
