Exterior has title printed on a beige background, with a minimal abstract line-and-star design and an abstract pair of lips, along with text "Close cover before striking" on front flap and "GArfield 1-1333" on foldover edge. Interior has text printed in white on purple background: "Beige Room, San Francisco's most beautiful & talented female impersonator revue, 831 Broadway, corner of Powell."
Dimensions are 52 x 50 mm closed, 99 x 50 mm opened.
