The second edition. Stoddard identifies the second edition as a line for line resetting of the first edition of 1773. The primary distinguishing characteristics of the second edition are the space of 6 milimeters between the "London" and "Printed for ..." lines on the title page imprint and all gatherings having vertical chainlines. Other textual variations are enumerated in Stoddard.
