Summary
Documentary film which offers a glimpse of the role that socialism and modernisation play in Ghana, including footage of myriad sections of society, from students and scientists to factory workers and farmers. Includes footage or air travel, traffic, a shanty town, modern architecture, lawyers, children in school, the president's swearing in, university, cocoa farming, factories, fishing and shipping. There is also discussion of socialism, the colonial period and industrialisation.
