Summary
Features footage of some of the speeches made at the conference, and a tour of Berlin and Potsdam by delegates to the conference. The signing of the Potsdam agreement is touched upon, as is the Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. There is also a tour of Berlin, with interviews with delegates on their thoughts of the city. The speeches at the conference largely concern peace and arms sales. Military spending is compared with medical spending. There is a visit to a polyclinic to consider the benefits of free healthcare, help with disabilities and support for pensioners. Wittenberg and Dresden are then visited to consider cultural and historical aspects of life in the GDR.
