Respondents were also asked to identify the greatest achievement and disappointment of the Clinton presidency and to provide opinions on the recent welfare bill. Other topics covered the role of government in people's lives, the role of the media during the political conventions, the regulation of tobacco, the 1992 election, and whether Clinton could be trusted.
