Summary
This dataset contains survey information from parts of the former Soviet Union located in Europe: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Belorussia, Ukraine, Moldavia, Georgia, Armenia, and Russia west of the Ural Mountains. It was designed to assess respondents' commitment to democratic values and rates of political participation of the Soviet mass public.
