Manuscript land ledger, signed and with laid-in typescript pages, for real property in San Patricio County, Texas, circa 1891-1938. Surveys note owner, size, and location of properties. Included are 22 manuscript plat maps and 10 photomechanical reproductions of maps--among these is a blue-line print of the Texas Channel & Dock Co.’s acreage tract of Puerto Bay, made for the Maryland Trust Company of Baltimore, Maryland in 1937.
