Summary
The 8th of Abashiri bangaichi series. Tachibana Shinʹichi, released from Abashiri prison, met a little girl Chie traveling alone in the train. He traveled with her to Nossapu Coal Mine to see her father who turned out to be his former fellow inmate, Takatsuki. Tachibana finds out inhumane working conditions of the coal mine and fights against the evil management team on the snow field far below freezing temperature.
