William E. Irwin (1871-1935) and S. Jack Mankins (1871-1910) became partners circa 1895, operating a photography studio, Irwin & Mankins, in Chickasha and Duncan, Indian Territory (later Oklahoma), as well as in Richmond, Texas, until 1903.
Summary
Photographic portrait taken by Irwin & Mankins of Quanah Parker, a war leader of the Quahadi band of the Comanche Nation and a leader of the Native American Church movement, circa 1903.
