Summary
Young Welsh soprano Rebecca Evans hosts her own series of popular operatic arias and show songs. Joining her, celebrities from the world of music On this program, she sings In trutina from Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. Wayne Marshall performs the Variations On I Got Rhythm by George Gershwin, So pretty, by Leonard Bernstein, and Storm, from Benjamin Britten's Peter Grimes. Ole Edvard Antonsen plays the first movement from Haydn's trumpet concerto in E flat. Rebecca Evans concludes with Deh vieni, non tardar, from the Marriage of Figaro by Mozart.
