Print contains a vignette of female figures (Liberty and Justice) surrounded by ornamental medallions, some with numerals, some with portraits (William Penn, George Washington, Patrick Henry, and Benjamin Franklin) published in the Farmer's, Mechanic's, Manufacturer's & Sportsman's Magazine, March 1826. Print shows Benjamin Franklin in bust portrait (1.9 x 1.7 cm) three-quarters to right, head toward center, long, natural hair, holding spectacles in his right hand, wearing a plain coat.
