Typescript abstract of title compiled by Paul A. Ozanne and signed by abstractor N. W. Simmons, 1919-1920. Abstract traces the history of several lots of land in Silver Bow County that were added to Butte, Montana in 1919. Includes typescript copies of earlier documents from as early as 1886, when the land was part of a land claim made by W. L. Farlin. Later records document the transfer of the land over time, including deeds and court records concerning a property dispute between Farlin and Timothy Murphy, circa 1894-1913. Later documents concern Joseph C. Donnelly, Ella Marie Donnelly, and J. H. Lindsay, 1919-1920. Includes a plat map of the lots, which were located near the intersection of Gold Street and Girard Avenue in Butte.
