Summary
Real estate prospectus, possibly a mockup for a later brochure, created by Kyo Yamato Corporation to advertise a proposed Japanese-themed real estate development near Lake Elsinore, California. Prospectus contains printed images, drawings, and manuscript captions describing the proposed development, which would imitate Japanese architecture and culture. Proposed amenities included a clubhouse, motel, golf course, shopping center, rice paddies, gas station, restaurants, and an "opium den" with milkshakes and soft drinks. At the back of the volume is a printed map of the proposed location in Elsinore Valley, as well as two fold-out aerial photographs, one annotated with the location of "developments B, C, and E," Lake Elsinore, and several nearby highways.
