George III's account of the military preparedness of the British forces and request for additional appropriations for the war.

The only known copy, held by the American Antiquarian Society, is mutilated with loss of first lines of title, which are supplied from text found in the January 24, 1778, issue of Rivington's royal gazette, New York.
