Lillian N. Nelson Parmeter (1911-1990) was the daughter of Olaf Nelson (1877-1952), a ranch owner and coal miner in Sheridan, Wyoming, and Bertha Moore Nelson (1883-1974). She was married to Frederick Alfred Parmeter (1898-1955).
