MaryJane (MJ) Millington is a Connecticut-based poet, multimedia artist, and podcast creator. She is the recipient of a 2021 Yale University Environmental Humanities Grant, as well as a winner of the Vermont Studio Center Broadside Competition 2020 for her broadside collaboration Dreaming Animals. She was the 2018 Edwin Way Teale Artist-in-Residence at Trail Wood, and has twice been shortlisted for the Bridport Prize for Poetry.

Dress with fabric marker on cotton muslin, decorated with images and text from the Voynich Manuscript, by MaryJane Millington, 2014. Illustrations were drawn freehand from photographs of the manuscript viewed on the Beinecke's Digital Library; each illustration is cited with its folio designation. Created for the inaugural Beinecke Library staff Halloween party. Accompanied by a descriptive label from the exhibition "Reactions Medieval/Modern" held at The Goldstein Family Gallery, Kislak Center for Special Collections, Rare Books and Manuscripts, University of Pennsylvania Libraries, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, August 25-December 16, 2016.
