Illegible manuscript annotations on front and rear pastedowns. Bound using printed waste. No. 2 of 2 titles bound together.
BEIN Zc50 838mu: Imperfect: 2 unnumbered preliminary pages and pages 1-8 wanting; small blue stain on pages 27 and 28, with no obstruction of text; binding worn and partially detached. Manuscript pencil ownership inscription beneath colophon: Soy de Manuel Lopez y Veranjo, Santa Cruz, 50. Unidentified manuscript initials also beneath colophon. Few manuscript annotations on final blank page, the majority of which have been erased. Contemporary binding covered with flowered cloth strips and leather spine. No. 3 of 3 titles bound together. Same bound titles and binding as Graff 47.

Includes "Forma de hacer testamentos", which according to Creider is from Murillo Velarde's Cursus juris canonici, hispani, et indici, lib. 3, título 26. Also according to Creider, the discussion of Falcidian law and bequests is in fact from Joaquín Escriche's Diccionario razonado de legislación civil, penal, comercial y forense (see Creider, pages 182-183).
