Summary
An uncompromising documentation of the American black storytelling tradition. The style and sensibility of the blues idiom is expressed in 'street corner' storytelling. Real conversations between working class black men - exaggerated, understated, tough and irreverant - were filmed over several mornings at a corner store where the men socialised.
